The challenge

Scaling internationally is complex, especially for a four-person, English-only team.

ElevenLabs used Gemini and AI-powered tools in Google Ads to expand into seven languages without adding personnel.

The approach

By identifying native-language search demand and leveraging its own product alongside Gemini, ElevenLabs dubbed videos and translated search campaigns in a fraction of the usual production time.

The ElevenLabs team used search demand trends to launch localized search campaigns that captured high-intent users already looking for AI voice solutions in their native languages. Using localized video and search ads, AI Max for search and video campaigns helped drive awareness in new markets.

The results

These localization efforts improved reach and provided profitable growth. Non-English campaigns added a 17.6% lift in conversions versus English campaigns alone, generating $3.78 million in incremental conversion value at a more efficient ROAS.

Leveraging Google AI, ElevenLabs built a campaign structure that helped a lean team compete globally.
