Demand Gen and YouTube campaigns captured early researchers with long- and short-form content, sequencing messaging across Gmail and Discover based on engagement signals. Responsive display ads adapted messaging in real time, informed by CRM audience signals.

The results

The shift to personalized creative drove a 31% lift in conversion rate and a 24% lower CPA. Engagement soared, with YouTube view-through rates rising 42%.

Most importantly, qualified bookings grew 48% and attributed revenue jumped 39%, while a 22% rise in brand search signaled stronger market preference.
