I was searching for a plastic surgeon near me that offered rhinoplasty and found a couple in Seattle. It wasn’t until I found this plastic surgery clinic and talked to Dr Portuese that I understood the difference between a plastic surgeon and a facial plastic surgeon. Wow. I’m glad I found the right doctor and he helped me understand the differences between closed and open rhinoplasty. I reviewed many before and after photos in his office and was also impressed with the facility and staff. Service was great. Atmosphere amazing. Felt like family. My new favorite place.

Searching on Google Maps for a facial plastic surgeon and plastic surgeons near me and lots of plastic surgery clinics and businesses came up in Seattle WA. After reading the reviews, reviewing the before and afters, The Seattle Facial Plastic Surgery Center was my first choice. I was considering a rhinoplasty revision because I felt my first nose job was botched. So thankful for the free virtual consultations process and availability for surgery. Dr Portuese stated that a revision rhinoplasty was most likely needed. The costs of the surgery, operating room, anesthesia, surgeon fees, recovery was all explained to me. Thank you for making this process simple and for being so thoughtful.
