We got to work with Smyth Stolarz through recommendation by friend and colleague at work. We wanted to develop our basement and were in search of a company to do the work within a relatively tight budget. We are very happy with the work Mike and Aaron did for us. We started our renovations with the idea of switching to a walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom, but had few details figured out. With the help of SMyth Stolarz Construction plus a few venders they sent us to in order to figure out tile, cabinets, countertops, showers, etc., that rough plan evolved into a beautiful bathroom with a pebble-like floor in the shower, a seat at the back of the shower, both a rain shower & wand feature plus a gorgeous barn door to complete a really cool vibe. We also renovated two other bathrooms in the house - each of them a little different - but always had access to at least one functioning bathroom during the construction process. We are very pleased with the end result and both Mike and Aaron were a pleasure to deal with.
