Testimonials

A year ago Pamela Paspa helped me confirm that I had serious arthritis in my shoulder and that I should consult a shoulder specialist. I consulted two surgeons, the second being a Dr. at HSS that Pamela recommended. On November 3rd, 2023, the surgeon that Pamela recommended performed a full shoulder replacement and 2 weeks later I returned to Paspa PT for physical therapy on my new shoulder. I have been going to physical therapy at Paspa PT twice a week since my surgery and within 2 months I was practicing hot yoga again. I have had minimal pain since the surgery and Paspa PT has helped my range of motion and strength so much that my shoulder is better than its been in the past 20 years. Paspa PT is very sincere, professional, and most of all competent.

I've gone to Paspa Physical Therapy a few times over the years for various things and each time was successful. Pam and her entire staff are wonderful, professional, and kind. The office is in a great location and they have late hours, which is very convenient if you work after 5. I highly recommend them.
