We had our HVAC system redesigned, moving components from the garage into the attic, new registers, returns, and ducting. The team was amazing. Kind, professional, and great attention to detail. Everyday work was completed work, all areas were cleaned, you wouldn’t even know we had working going on. Our system works great. Highly recommend.

This is an old school company. They will never sell you anything that you do not need. Luke took our place in Claremont and said the unit had another 6 to 8 years in it and added a condenser onto it and a new energy efficient exterior compressor and added another drop in the new bathroom. So we had air for the first time. He presented an upfront price and we had some bumps in the road but still stuck to the price. They are the one and only company that I refer out without having to worry that they might gouge the client. I have lots of elderly clients and they always take care of them. It's sad that today's workforce is not that trustworthy. Yet it's the time we live in. I respect this outfit and know they will never ever take advantage of anyone. Luke trains the whole staff to install and repair adhering to process and procedure. Everyone is courteous and has respect. They are the best. Hands down. We have been impressed with Hamel’s ever since the first contact. On two separate occasions the technicians, Mike and Mathew both were conscientious, friendly, and thorough. Matthew did a fantastic job replacing a broken fan and installing a new one for our system. He also put in a new thermostat which we needed. We can’t say enough about this company. Their efficient response time, scheduling and follow through are so appreciated. No wonder they have been in business so long! Thanks Hamel’s for taking care of us!
