Zulman Towing, is truly professional. I called told them my problem about my car. They gave a quote a very reasonable quote may I add! The gave me an estimated time. And they were here on time. Very friendly, professional and helpful. I’m definitely recommend them 110%.

Highly recommend!! My car broke down in very dangerous area, at night, with no shoulder to pull over on and no street lights. Mr. Gonzalez arrived within 20 minutes, with his wife, and towed my car to the garage. They were both so kind and the services are very affordable. This was an exceptionally positive experience—truly 5-star service from start to finish. The driver (Bernardo) was prompt, courteous, and highly professional, arriving exactly when promised. I especially appreciated his technical competence: he didn't just rush to tow; he took the time to test my car battery and clearly explained the low reading. He went above and beyond by recommending a quick fix and even offered to tow my car to Autozone and wait while the battery was changed, just in case further assistance was needed. Best of all, using his commercial license, he secured a significant discount on the new battery, saving me a lot of money! Great service and technical expertise. My first time using a towing company during the seven years I’ve been in El Paso and I’m glad I will never have to look elsewhere. Got a low to the ground performance sedan towed from Fort Bliss to the dealership after I got a flat tire (car has no spare 😭). Never once did I get scared that my car would be damaged and I’m a super anxious kinda guy. I’d rate higher than five stars if I could. A+++ experience!

Wasn't able to drive my car for a while and the battery died. Wouldn't take a good charge so needed the car towed to the dealership. Saw the many excellent reviews and gave them a call. Bernie answered right away. We agreed on a time and in just over an hour, he arrived with his wife and business partner Maritza. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient people. They had my car ready to depart in no time at all and offered me multiple payment options with my card. I even received a complete invoice showing I had paid in full in my email before they even left my house. A short while later, they sent me a text with a photo showing that my car had been delivered to the dealership. They made a stressful occurrence into a flawless customer service experience. Everything went so smoothly. On top of knowing how to deal with my car, they were both excellent communicators. I hope I don't need a tow service again anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I will call. Highly recommend this business!

My car broke down and they came quick to take it to the shop! The next day I was going to use my dads truck and it wouldn’t start and I asked them to please tow his truck to the shop as well and he was able to figure out I was just out of gas! He didn’t have to put in any extra effort but he did. He saved me costs for diagnostic or anything else that the shop may have charged me. 100% recommend this company!!! Communication is on point and I will definitely use them in the future.

Bernie was a great help! We were stranded less than 5 miles from home and other tow companies were charging $150. Bernie gave us a reasonable price. He is from the northeast and is here to help his community!! He was a complete help at a reasonable price!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!

I was stranded in a parking lot of a store about 13 miles away from my house. The emergency brake was on, and I had already called one tow service that was unable to tow it, due to the car not turning on to remove the E brake. I called Zulman Towing and Bernardo was at my location within the hour. He was able to remove the E brake with no damage to my car. Very knowledgeable couple, amazing customer service and overall great people! The best Towing service that I have ever had in all the years. Never again will I use any other Towing service but Zulman Towing and Recovery! I suggest you always use them for any Towing services that you my need. True lifesavers.
