I am happy to recommend Zucconi Carpentry & Roofing to any body who needs their services. They have just totally re-tiled our roof but, as often happens, once the old tiles came off, new problems exposed themselves, but Alex and his team handled everything in a friendly and informative way. I am pleased with the result!

The roof and external sliding doors replacement was a great success. The new insulation in the roof has helped to keep our home much warmer through the winter compared with previous years. We are also grateful for the manner in which the works were undertaken. It was clear that quality is at the heart of all Zucconi operations, which were always undertaken in a very neat and tidy way. Great care was taken to explain how the works were to be performed, and importantly, the method of work chosen removed potential impacts on the family living in the house. I had such a great experience using Zucconi’s team. We had an on going roof leak for more than a year at the house. They went out of their way to help identify the issue and offer us a very reasonable quote. There was no half measures spared no short cuts taken it was just a very good thorough job done. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I had great difficulty finding a joiner when someone told me about Ivan and Alex. They came when they said they would, their communication throughout was excellent and they helped and advised me when I changed my plans and added in extra jobs. They were courteous and accommodating from beginning to end. The standard of workmanship is outstanding and I will definitely be using them again.

Zucconi & Associated Ltd recently carried out repairs to our roof. They arrived when they said they would, carried out the work quickly and to a high standard. They were professional and courteous. They explained what was required, once all the damage was found and kept me updated during the work. When they finished, they tidied up and took all of the waste with them. A great job. I would highly recommend them and definitely call them again, when required.

Excellent service from start to finish from a professional company that puts so much attention to planning, quality, execution, and communication all along the project lifecycle. I cannot emphasise enough the satisfaction we had through our project with Zucconi. The scale of our roof repair and associated pointing & joinery was huge. Zucconi's team did a comprehensive assessment of what needed repair, what materials were needed, and how they could keep the cost to minimum by using a combination of tools (cranes and scaffold) and modern technologies (use of drone). Not only they finished the job in the actual timeframe that they said they would at the quotation stage but also they did it on budget. They have also been very kind and thoughtful advising us on other areas of our renovation that we were doing ourselves without any self interest.
