We were thrilled to have found Zoltan and his crew to do our new hardwood floors. We couldn't recommend Zoltan enough: patient, easy to communicate with and goes above and beyond to get the job done right. Zoltan came several times before the work started to make sure everyone was on the same page before the work started. His prices were very competitive and his workers were friendly, hard working & conscientious. We left the county for a vacation while the work was being done (that's how much trust we had in Zoltan) and came back to beautiful new hardwood floors that transformed the house - they removed the original floors, levelled the subfloor, installed the new floor and sanded it and finished it onsite. We couldn't be happier with the result. We've since referred Zoltan to friends who have also had a similarly positive experience.

We are SO happy we chose Zsibi Hardwood Floor Inc. and we highly, highly recommend. From the first email, Didi (Admin Sales) has been wonderful and represents the best in customer care. She's patient, kind and understanding - and she answered ALL my questions because we had to live in the house with 3 cats while the work would be done. Zoltan is wonderful and cares about his customers. They provided colour samples on spare floorboards we had so we could take home and really decide on the right stain because while we wanted lighter overall - we had to match the staircases and other features in the home. Didi and Zoltan assured us there would be very little dust and I would say there was no dust. It was very easy to live here while the work was being done. The team that did the refinishing were great and just got to it. Our old floor was darker, scratched, scuffed and far too shiny. Our new floor is a beautiful tone with a satin finish which brings out the personality and texture of the maple floorboards. The picture doesn't really do the the new floor justice but I've included a before/after anyway. We couldn't be happier. Thank you again Zoltan and Didi!
