The team here are simply amazing. From start to finish they took care of me and explained everything. You get what you pay for. I had a difficult frameless lens request, they took the challenge and it came out awesome. Can’t thank them enough.

Unbelievable start-up level service, turnaround times, product quality. I’ve done almost a dozen lens replacements here and no complaints. They always make it right, frequently deliver before promised time and quality is better than my HMO vision plan can provide internally. No oversell, won’t sell inferior product and gives no grief about ANY frame you bring in to fit. I challenge any negative reviewer to find and a place at this price point that is better in any way. Get there!

ZOOMER is the BEST! Overnight or even same day eyeglasses! I thought I was going to have to browse a ton of websites again "promising" overnight glasses and not delivering, it's happened before and they always have excuses, shipping etc. "Overnight" can easily turn into WEEKS with those online only websites! ZOOMER has their own OPTICAL LAB in-house! Zoomer is the place to go when you need new eyeglasses quickly or to replace your lenses in your current frames. And Marco's a great guy too! Very nice and very friendly place! Great affordable pricing and great service that you won't find elsewhere! Give Zoomer a try!

I went to Zoomer after getting my prescription for glasses as it was highly recommended by my Dr.'s office after I told them I was in a rush to get them before I went on my trip. I was shocked to see how state of the art their facility is and how amazing their customer service was. I would highly recommend their place for quick and quality turn around on prescription glasses which I've been getting from them as well as for my sunglasses and transition lenses!

found this place on yelp for "same day glasses" because i had a pair that was basically held together with proverbial duct tape. location is a pretty nondescript little office park but the staff is professional and the facilities are very clean. they have a small selection of frames but they cover the bases, and they have some nice ray ban frames if you dig those. i arrived pretty much when it opened with a prescription in hand and they made the glasses in a few hours. super courteous and fast, professional service. would come here again, maybe with some armani frames i had bought a long time ago that i love but never used. out the door it was $500, which is reasonable for progressives and same-day service. i would come back.

I am leaving in 7 days for a trip and something happened to one of my lenses. I went to lenscrafters and got a quick exam and went to order my replacement lenses and they told me 2 weeks! I was shocked, they used to advertise same day glasses - but that is no more! I quickly looked up lens replacements on my phone and happened to find Zoomers. I called and confirmed they had the lens material that I needed and they said "no problem". I drove there and had my glasses on my face in 45 minutes!!! AND they were 1/3 the copay price I was quoted for a 14 day delivery - and no need to even use my insurance, as Zoomers cash price was lower than my copay!! The two guys at Zoomers were both professional and friendly. I will be telling everyone I can about this fantastic company. THANK YOU ZOOMERS!

Shout out to Zoomer Replacement Lenses. If you need new lenses in frames you already like, you’ve found the answer in Zoomer. Such a great option. 😊 They are cost efficient, super quick (usually one day turn around), and their attention to detail is top-notch. I’ve had them replace the lenses in three different pairs of glasses over the last couple of years. I won’t go anywhere else. 💯 The Best!!

I've given this business multiple chances to get my glasses right, but after several attempts, the quality was still off. I was told directly not to come back to his business and that he didn't want to serve me. This was not only unprofessional but deeply disappointing after he repeated attempts to fix the issue. Each time, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional comments. Initially, he promised same-day turnaround, but once I was there, he extended the timeline significantly. I hope he (the owner) improve how he treat customers and deliver on his promises, so others don't experience the same frustration. As a loyal customer, I hoped for better treatment. Since he repeatedly told me not to return, I'll help him to be happy by not coming back and I'm sure I'll find better service elsewhere. One star for poor customer service! Please beware, he promise same day service just to get you in, but when you get there it does not happen as he claimed!
