I am leaving in 7 days for a trip and something happened to one of my lenses. I went to lenscrafters and got a quick exam and went to order my replacement lenses and they told me 2 weeks! I was shocked, they used to advertise same day glasses - but that is no more! I quickly looked up lens replacements on my phone and happened to find Zoomers. I called and confirmed they had the lens material that I needed and they said "no problem". I drove there and had my glasses on my face in 45 minutes!!! AND they were 1/3 the copay price I was quoted for a 14 day delivery - and no need to even use my insurance, as Zoomers cash price was lower than my copay!! The two guys at Zoomers were both professional and friendly. I will be telling everyone I can about this fantastic company. THANK YOU ZOOMERS!

Unbelievable start-up level service, turnaround times, product quality. I’ve done almost a dozen lens replacements here and no complaints. They always make it right, frequently deliver before promised time and quality is better than my HMO vision plan can provide internally. No oversell, won’t sell inferior product and gives no grief about ANY frame you bring in to fit. I challenge any negative reviewer to find and a place at this price point that is better in any way. Get there!

ZOOMER is the BEST! Overnight or even same day eyeglasses! I thought I was going to have to browse a ton of websites again "promising" overnight glasses and not delivering, it's happened before and they always have excuses, shipping etc. "Overnight" can easily turn into WEEKS with those online only websites! ZOOMER has their own OPTICAL LAB in-house! Zoomer is the place to go when you need new eyeglasses quickly or to replace your lenses in your current frames. And Marco's a great guy too! I brought my own frames in and received incredible same-day service. The process was quick and efficient. They fitted them with top-tier transition lenses and my progressive prescription for a very reasonable price. The results are flawless—perfect vision at all distances, indoors and out. I highly recommend them if you value high quality lenses and fast turnaround!

I sat on my glasses and seriously bent one of the arms. I walked into Zoomer and showed the kind gentleman behind the counter my problem. He basically said easy fix. He took my glasses and returned in minutes with the fixed arm said there was no charge. I was delighted. When asked what exactly they did, he explained that Zoomer makes the lenses that go into the glasses you buy from your optometrist. They have frames to buy or you can take your old favorite frames to be used again. The price he quoted was a fraction of the cost of my last pair. I couldn’t be more pleased with Zoomer and will definitely be back after my next eye exam.

I've given this business multiple chances to get my glasses right, but after several attempts, the quality was still off. I was told directly not to come back to his business and that he didn't want to serve me. This was not only unprofessional but deeply disappointing after he repeated attempts to fix the issue. Each time, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional comments. Initially, he promised same-day turnaround, but once I was there, he extended the timeline significantly. I hope he (the owner) improve how he treat customers and deliver on his promises, so others don't experience the same frustration. As a loyal customer, I hoped for better treatment. Since he repeatedly told me not to return, I'll help him to be happy by not coming back and I'm sure I'll find better service elsewhere. One star for poor customer service! Please beware, he promise same day service just to get you in, but when you get there it does not happen as he claimed!

I love getting my glasses done at Zoomers Costa Mesa. Marco is always so friendly and professional, and he makes the whole process easy. I’ve had about five pairs done here over the past three years and the service has been consistently amazing. They’re fast, reliable, and really take care of you.

Shout out to My man Marco. I got a very affordable and good quality lens for my meta Ray bans today. At first I had a pair of glasses with me I just wanted to fit those in to the new ones but Marco explained it clearly(which the big companies don’t wanna do). This place is a gem and The Couple are soo Welcoming. If you don’t wanna break your wallet I recommend you Zoomer!
