We recently responded to a call for a possible branch or mainline clog. After a full inspection, we flushed all toilets and ran sinks throughout the home to check for any backup issues.
Good news! We located the cleanout in the backyard and confirmed water is flowing freely from the house to the septic tank—no signs of a current blockage or backup inside the home.
During the visit, we also identified that the 3-inch flapper in the wife’s restroom toilet was occasionally getting stuck in the open position. We offered a replacement to help prevent future water waste and ensure everything runs smoothly.
