We recently helped a homeowner who was experiencing water backing up into a laundry room floor drain whenever the shower was running. After diagnosing the issue, we confirmed the main sewer line was flowing properly and traced the problem to a soft clog in the home’s mainline.
Our technician snaked approximately 50 feet through the line from the master bathroom toilet, clearing out debris and restoring proper flow. We ran water throughout the process, reset the toilet, and performed multiple test flushes to ensure everything was draining smoothly with no leaks.
