Tommy came to my home and fixed my 20+ year old Whirlpool fridge/freezer. They don’t make appliances like they use to, so I wanted to keep my old fridge. It could’ve been a recent storm, power outage/flicking power that caused my fridge/freezer to stop working. Within 30 minutes he had it fixed up and running. 23 hrs later it’s still working great, nice and cold again, time to restock!! I like how they offer a warranty on the parts and labor they do. He’s also local, in Anna!! Price was good/reasonable and he was polite and punctual. Zoom is now my go to for any future repairs. Thank you Tommy and welcome to Anna!! 😊

Tommy Cowan with Zoom Appliance Repair was fantastic. I was fortunate enough to run into him randomly at a nearby gas station and asked for his business card because I needed someone to repair my KitchenAid Dual Fuel oven that would not function and get the oven temp past ""pre-heating." I called a few days later, spoke with Shelby who scheduled me for the very next day. Tommy showed up promptly at my appointment time, diagnosed the issue, replaced the needed parts and had me up and running in less than 90 minutes, all for less than I could've imagined. Politely cleaned up all boxes and other materials as he left, as well. I can't sing the praises of Tommy and Zoom Appliance Repair enough. When we called we had a wonderful young lady answer and take all of our information and got us scheduled quickly. Ethan came out the next morning and quickly got our Frigidaire Electrolux working. While he was there I showed him a piece on our microwave that was broken and he got that ordered for us too!! It is so great to find a family owned repair company that takes pride in their work.

Great service and very friendly. Service within 24 hours and had the necessary parts in the truck. Fixed the dryer, cleaned the exhaust duct, and on to the next call in no time. Even found one of the elusive missing socks. Would definitely call them again.

Incredible service! Shelby was delightful and was able to work us in the schedule quickly! Ethan was professional and fixed our fridge in no time. It's running like new! If anyone has a Samsung refrigerator and the back freezes up…these guys have the fix for it. Would highly recommend this company for any appliance repair needs!

Our dryer wasn't heating, so I looked for recommendations on the Richardson Moms Facebook group and Zoom Appliance Repair was highly recommended by a mom I knew. I called and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day! Tommy diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes, and had the parts already and had it repaired in less than an hour (probably would've been less time if my chatty husband hadn't hit it off with Tommy)! He was super friendly and really great about communicating his ETA. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which was very helpful as working parents! Will definitely use and recommend Zoom for the foreseeable future!

Great service! Quickly diagnosed the problem with our Samsung refrigerator, ordered the parts, and the installation. Refrigerator works like new. Fast, efficient, and budget friendly service! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends
