We have been using Zion & Sons lawn care for over a year now and have had nothing but amazing service. They always deliver a great experience and do an amazing job. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Jon and crew are amazing and talented. They shaped my Japanese Holly plants with great artist. Mow and whack fast and affordable and always looks fantastic.

Great service . They were able to add me into the summer rotation on short notice . The owner , Jonathan , was great at communicating and walking me through everything they would do. They also were able to do fall leave clean up for a reasonable price . I truly appreciate them keeping my yard while my husband was deployed . We will be using their services from here on out ,

Hiring Zion and Sons to take care of my yard was a huge game changer for me. They charge a fair price, do beautiful work, and now I have several hours of my week back to spend with my family. Absolutely recommend for lawn mowing, fall cleanups, and any landscaping project.

⭐️ Thief… DO NOT HIRE! ⭐️ On October 1, 2025, we hired Zion & Sons Lawn Care to perform landscaping services. The original estimate was for 16 hours of work at $75/hour. On the same day, the vendor proposed additional services, including spraying/burning the driveway and mulching the garden beds. We agreed to these additional services and paid the full amount upfront. Zion & Sons Lawn Care started the job on October 1, 2025, but worked for only about 3.5 hours before leaving. They stated they would return on October 4, 2025 to complete the project. They never returned, never completed the work, and never refunded any part of the payment, despite multiple calls and texts. In my opinion, this company is untrustworthy and operates unprofessionally. Do NOT hire them.

I hired Zion to aerate and seed my lawn on September 12 . I was not able to be there as I had to work. They came that morning and completed the job. He said he would come back in 2 weeks and check it. I was invoiced shortly after. I agreed to meet him on the way home and pay him. When I got home the lawn had not been aerated. He claimed he used a different blade which he should have contacted me. I did not see any cuts or holes in the lawn. Two weeks went by and I text him and asked if he stopped by to check the on the lawn. He had said no. I sent him pics of the lawn and he said he would stop by Monday and put more seed down. No show and no call. Tuesday I went and bought more seed and did it myself. I paid $550 for this.

I really like the work they do. They are very professional. They do a great job on my yard and when I call for extra stuff that’s not in my contract they get it done, they do not hesitate. I am so pleased to have this company to do my lawn.

I hired Zion to do my leaves recently. He did an amazing job very detailed. I recommended him to my friends and family.

I hired Zion this year for lawn services. He did some lawn treatments and also took care of the mowing. He was typically very reliable and I had no complaints. Eventually I began hiring him to do other landscaping at my property. Again, mostly reliable, maybe a nudge once in a while was needed. Fast forward to late August. I had asked if he could plant some shrubbery in my back yard. I had two shrubs in my front yard that I want transplanted along with a few new ones. He gave me an estimate of $550 for the entire job. On September 2, I agreed to the price and asked when he might be able to complete the work. His response was, "I can probably get it done this weekend". That did not happen. On September 11th he contacted me about sending him a 50% deposit so he could buy the new shrubs, said he was going to be at Burnett's and will pick them up. I thought that reasonable so I sent him $275 via Venmo. September 18th, still no work done. I contacted him and asked when he would be doing the planting. He responded, "coming this weekend to transplant. The ones I ordered won't be in until the 28th". Ok thanks. Thought he was picking them up but whatevrer. It wasn't until September 26th when he actually showed to do the transplanting. He sent me a message saying "Plants are dug out and in, they sent me holly bushes by mistake so I sent back Monday. New plants will be in Tuesday". This was when he asked me for the $275 balance. I didn't think it was a big deal as I trusted him since he was my landscaper, so I sent the remaining $275 via Vemno on September 26th. By October 6th, still had not seen any new shrubs. So, I reached out, no response. October 7th reached out again, no response. I can see he has read my messages. I reach out the next day, October 8th , and said I don't feel comfortable with what happening, you have all my money and now won't respond. I want my money back. He immediately responds, very apologetic saying he was in hospital and thought the work was done by his guy, but he will make sure the shrubs are in on Friday. I agreed that I would give him until Friday, but if for some reason he wouldn't be coming I would expect to be notified. He agreed. Well he never showed, never contacted me. So now he has the full amount and the work is not complete. I sent him another message on that Saturday saying, Friday has come and gone and the shrubs aren't in and I was not contacted as promised. I want my money back. He read it, did not respond. I sent him a final message, saying that if I do not receive my money back by the end of the week I will be forced to take further action. Again, read it, no respond. So here I am to warn others, please be careful if you are looking to hire this company, something shady is happening and I would hate to see anyone else get swindled. I will also be contacting the better business bureau.

Jonathon and his team were absolutely great! He gave me a great price and went above and beyond on my spring cleaning. He took care of everything I had asked for and more, removing vines and just little things that he noticed. He was so great that even neighbors driving by asked for quotes! Would 100% hire again and recommend.
