Liz was recommended for a porch design and conversion of understairs cupboard for a WC. Was great to work with, went above and beyond, quick service and managed all the paperwork to apply for planning permission. Came up with a few alternatives to what we asked for just so we had some 'blue sky' thinking in case we saw something we hadn't considered. All in all very good service!

Liz did a fantastic job redesigning the flooring throughout my house. I wanted something that suited my style, but really didn’t have the time to research what was out there. Liz measured up, did all the research and presented me with various options. She listened and picked up on what was important to me. She even found someone to fit it all. Well worth the money!

Liz came to our home to carry out a survey for a loft conversion. She was so friendly and very professional and thorough. She produced and submitted planning drawings for our loft. As we live in a conservative area it was a tricky task but Liz got the plans approved! We are so grateful to her for all her hard work and we would definitely call on her services again and certainly recommend her. Thanks Liz!

It’s a difficult task to find the right architect that understands your vision as well as having the knowledge to know if it is possible to achieve. My husband and I had contacted a few architects, before we met Liz and we knew straight away that Liz was the one that had to help us with our renovation dream. She brought her own ideas to the drawings too, new aspects to the project that we would have never thought of ourselves. Her communication skills were fantastic, happy to help with any queries along the way. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family. I would highly recommend Liz for architectural & interior design services. I wanted an extension and remodel for my house and she came up with lots of ideas to choose from. She was also very friendly and patient with all the changes we wanted! I think the fact that she has a background in both architecture and interiors means that she comes with a unique perspective. We did get a quote from another firm and their ideas were more expensive and not nearly as imaginative.

We recently asked Liz to come up with a design plan for 2 bedrooms to be knocked into 1. Although we had an idea of the style/decor that we wanted, we were struggling to see how it would all fit together. Liz was brilliant at suggesting ways in which it could all work and provided us with some very detailed and carefully thought out design plans. Now we cant wait for it to all happen! Excellent communication and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

We approached Lizzie to design internal changes to our property in Chelmsford. We can not fault the service she provided. Her professional, open & thoughtful manner ensured we could discuss our ideas & trust her with her contributions. The builders had no difficulty using her drawings to complete their work & we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
