This week I was approached to do some sketch designs for a house which the clients are potentially buying. They were unsure what potential the property had in terms of layout so asked if I could put together some quick space planning layouts. They were pleased with the results and think it has given them some confidence to progress with the purchase. The house needs full renovation and has some great qualities including an amazing plot in a highly desirable area but lacks kerb appeal and has had some strange additions over the years so never had anyone consider the house as one whole in terms of design. I love grabbing hold of projects like this and totally transforming them into something unique and increasing their value.
