This project epitomizes luxury, transforming a communal space within a Belgravian mansion. The goal was to refresh a dated, uninspired interior, balancing modern elegance with the district’s classical grandeur.
Light was a key consideration. Some spaces call for rich, moody tones to create intimacy, but here, a bright, airy atmosphere was essential. The design features marble flooring from @artisansofdevizes , paneled walls, and inlaid wallpaper from @artewalls all complemented by delicate lighting from @vaughandesigns @chelsomlighting & @visualcomfort . To enhance the sense of space, I selected small-framed furniture that respected the room’s graceful proportions.
Belgravia, known for its late Georgian and Regency architecture, is defined by white stucco-fronted terraces, crescents, and squares.
