I have worked with John Ziegler since 2022. He installed AZEK deck on my second floor patio and did a wonderful job without creating any construction mess going through my home. He did all that while I was traveling and he accessed the deck externally removing old wooden planks and installing the new ones. That was an incredible job! Recently, I had a leak in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms which he patched, painted the room and installed new flooring. John is trustworthy, a skilled personable contractor and he does it all with a professional demeanor! Thank you for a work well done!

Used Zeigler Builders to install a sliding glass door in my living room. Best priced of the 3 estimates I got, and he did the whole install in an afternoon. Will definitely use them again.

This house on the water has about 60 roman arch windows and doors exposed to salt air - about half have rotted out. In his shop John created replacements out of solid mahogany (which were then painted) and fit them into existing frames. No mill could have made these - only a very skilled patient craftsman
