I’m honestly surprised by the positive reviews for Zhivov Law. I approached them in late 2018 after a motor vehicle accident, partly because of their strong online ratings. Things were fine at first, but once my case was reassigned to Angie, the experience became frustrating. Communication was a major issue. It was difficult to get updates, and responses were often delayed or unclear. I rarely knew what to expect next, and I wasn’t given reasonable notice for important events. After years of uncertainty, I finally received a “final offer” in March 2025, which I accepted. The settlement funds didn’t arrive until June. While I appreciated that Angie voluntarily reduced her fee at the end, the overall experience was disappointing. I can't recommend working with her based on how drawn-out and stressful this seven-year process turned out to be.

Zhivov law was an excellent company to use to settle 2 of my claims. Mark Macdonald was amazing - he was friendly, fast, efficient , transparent and fought hard for the greatest outcome. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

I can't speak more highly of Zhivov Law. I originally started my claim with Vladimir Zhivov and he was very pleasant to work with. They offered lots of assistance and helped me with my questions. The focus was really on getting me the appropriate treatment and determining the extent of any longer term concerns. Half way through the process, I was introduced to Mark and he was also great to work with. I sincerely appreciated how he clarified everything for me. In the end I reached a fair and reasonable settlement. The process did take some time but I am really happy that I worked with the Zhivov team. I just recommended them to a friend.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Mark is personable, prompt and informative. They provide forthright and earnest service at competitive rates. They don't advertise this a bunch accept on their office door (they should) but they've got a bunch of local business awards for service, (but i guess you know walking in they're at the very least not dirtbags). Absolutely recommend over larger firms where you'll get lost in the pile.

I would not recommend this firm for your personal injury case. Throughout the process nothing was completed without my ongoing follow up and prompting. On a regular basis I felt like I was an inconvenience when following up every six months or so. My case took six years to settle. I was unsatisfied by the settlement amount received but it was a good payout for the firm considering the minimal effort given. As the accident was on video with multiple witnesses and statements this should have been an easy case to manage.

Vladimir has been working with me on my case since 2015. I absolutely appreciated his promptness on all messages and e-mails. Not only was communication easy but I also highly appreciated that he never made me come to his office - We were always able to work details out over e-mails which saved me and my family so much time! Vladimir really pushed to achieve our end results (which were really great!) and was also very honest up front about what we could be expecting in the end. I highly recommend going to Zhivov Law!
