A beautiful place with beautiful, knowledgeable, and most importantly caring staff. Everyone who was there Wednesday helped me and made it their duty to help me find the perfect scent. I've been collecting fragrance for a few months and wanted to add a niche to my collection. I was so overwhelmed online that I planned out a trip to SF just to visit this store to smell some niches I thought I'd like. I walked in thinking it would be just like shopping at ulta or macy but I had a staff member helping me for my whole visit, and after smelling probably 50 scents we finally found my dream fragrance. It was truly a wonderful experience and if you ever want to get into fragrance collecting this is a must stop if you're in the bay area. The store is incredibly well kept and the stock is insane. They have so many exclusive scents and the staff truly have made fragrance their life and passion.

Came in shop looking for a Dr. Vranjes diffuser. Was told it was discontinued. Claude was helping me & mentioned he may have some in storage… he returned with 2 options… Aria was the scent I was looking for. I am so happy he found it for me, his mannerism & service was wonderful… I will return, thank you.

Such an amazing experience at ZGO! Andy was so helpful. If you are new to perfume or a perfume addict this is the place to go. Also fantastic selection of home fragrances because your home should also smell as good as you :) cannot wait to come back for more :)

One of the only local niche fragrance shops in my area, the people inside are kind, helpful and generous. I religiously come here with my friend to explore fragrances and even if I say “I’m not buying anything today” somehow the atmosphere has me coming out with a purchase. Highly recommend.

The selection here is fantastic and the sales associates are so friendly and helpful. I spent over an hour narrowing down my selection and they sent me home with my purchase and several samples of my other favorites. I live about two hours away, but I will definitely go back, and shop online. Great service and quality.

Truly the best fragrance store in SF (and this is a great fragrance city). They have the best selection of great houses and are so helpful. They’re always kind about me bringing in my dog and browsing and always readily sell me decants so I can try before I invest. Not pretentious, just warm and friendly scent lovers.

Tani and gigi were absolutely amazing, they provided great recommendations and were super helpful to me. Beautiful quiet store, loved how they gave me my own time to smell things. Super easy process for smaller sizes to sample the more expensive ones but they were super nice.

Andy was SO patient and so helpful. A lot of times when you’re shopping for fragrance, employees can come off as sales-y and the experience doesn’t feel genuine. Shopping with Andy was like shopping with a friend. He made great recommendations and found just the scent I was looking for. Please open a ZGO on the East coast - we need you!

I stopped by today on a Tuesday afternoon and Tani, the sales rep welcomed me in and assisted me with a variety of options. I was almost overwhelmed but he assured his patience and offered to let me try some samples to try out. I will definitely be coming back for my scent!
