I wanted to take my tome to write this comment for people to see your wonderful work I visited the clinic today feeling extremely stressed and worried about my situation. From the moment I arrived, the service was very efficient and reassuring. Darya and Anna at the reception were exceptionally welcoming, professional, and kind, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Uri was outstanding calm, attentive, and highly professional. He explained everything clearly, asked for consent before every step, and ensured the entire procedure was completely painless. Reda, the nurse assisting Dr. Uri, was also wonderful. He was attentive, kind, and made a genuine effort to ensure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the visit. I was recommended this clinic by a dentist friend because I needed two crowns and one filing. The clinic itself is very clean and beautiful, all personnel is nice and friendly. I generally don’t like dentists since childhood, but Dr. Saulin was great! He walked me through every step, explaining what to expect, which made me feel at ease. I had 4 appointments total and did not have any discomfort. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend this place to anyone I know. The technology they use is superb and modern.
