As a tow truck operator with over 40 years of experience hauling everything from passenger cars to Class 8 trucks, I have never witnessed conduct as reckless as that of your driver, Isaih Dancer. While I was stranded on the roadside and preparing to flag down assistance, Mr. Dancer executed an extremely dangerous maneuver by abruptly cutting off a semi-truck. This caused the vehicle he was towing to fishtail across multiple lanes, creating a serious hazard for surrounding traffic. Such behavior demonstrates a disregard for public safety and professional standards. Incidents like this put lives at risk and reflect very poorly on your company. Immediate corrective action is warranted, and frankly, you should be ashamed that a driver representing your business would engage in such conduct.

My front ball joint fell apart on my Toyota Sequoia while in a parking garage downtown and my insurance canceled my Roadside service, I didn't know what to do but luckily I found Zay's number and he showed up quickly and had it hooked up in no time for less than my insurance was going to charge. A very nice, friendly family man. I will definitely keep his card for next time!

I am an Uber driver and the service was down and unable to help me. I tried to get ahold of four other tow services that I’ve used in the past. No one was willing or able to help me. I saw Zay’s Towing listed, called them, and Isaiah answered. I could tell he was busy with family but he listened, was willing to help me and offered to help me at am extremely fair price considering it was after hours. He is a blessing. I didn’t even have to stay in a not so safe area. Isaiah is trustworthy and willing to help! I am never using anyone else ever!
