Outstanding service. Zarax have moved me twice now, and I cannot say anything bad about the service I received, from booking through to moving day and beyond. Due to illness I had to make some last minute changes with my recent move, including packing, and I was accommodated no problem. If you're finding moving stressful and need someone to help take care of things, the customer service you get here is world class. They worked so hard. Nothing is too much trouble, and when you use Zarax, you're dealing with human beings who communicate with YOU like a human being, and always in a timely manner..so refreshing. From the initial planning through to moving day itself, the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. The service on the day was absolutely impeccable. Luca and the team were professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with real care and respect. A special mention also has to go to Danielle in the office, who was superb throughout. On our moving day two guys turned up in the van. They were both very efficient from the removals from our old house to putting it in the correct rooms in our new house. The way they moved the furniture about was very professionally done and remarkably quick from start to finish. I would definitely use this company again and I highly recommend.

Three guys with two vans worked almost without a break, including dismantling two beds, then drove 90 miles to our storage. Then they had to go back home. They stashed everything amazingly in our rather tight units, like a giant 3D jigsaw...

What an amazing company - great communication from the get go & so patient, understanding & accommodating when we were delayed with completion date. On the day we had a team of 3 led by Romeo who moved us from Lincolnshire to County Durham - friendly, helpful & they worked so hard! Can’t thank or recommend Zaraz removals enough. ☺️

Amazing company. We've used them two times in the past two years. I'm writing this review just after the 2nd move has finished. They are reliable, friendly and professional. There wasn't any problem when we opted for extra services just a week before the move. Their terms and conditions are transparent and flexible. You can change the move date for free given a short notice. I would like to add that they are very responsive and talking with them is to the point. When I searched for other companies previously I was quickly called by time wasting salespeople whereas with Zarax, I got a quote in two emails without listening to endless sales pitches. Will always use them as long as we are in range.
