Outstanding service. Zarax have moved me twice now, and I cannot say anything bad about the service I received, from booking through to moving day and beyond. Due to illness I had to make some last minute changes with my recent move, including packing, and I was accommodated no problem. If you're finding moving stressful and need someone to help take care of things, the customer service you get here is world class. They worked so hard. Nothing is too much trouble, and when you use Zarax, you're dealing with human beings who communicate with YOU like a human being, and always in a timely manner..so refreshing. From the initial planning through to moving day itself, the whole team went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. The service on the day was absolutely impeccable. Luca and the team were professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with real care and respect. A special mention also has to go to Danielle in the office, who was superb throughout. Communication was clear, reassuring, and proactive, which made a potentially stressful move feel completely under control.
