If they don't skip your service entirely, they will cut corners and insist on not providing full service because they were bought out by another company and decided that means they can scam their customers now because the new bosses said so. If they do skip your service and you call them several times to re-schedule or get an update on when they will actually come, they won't answer or return your phone call. By the time they grace you with their presence, it will be someone new that's never serviced your home before, and you'll start all over at the very beginning demanding they don't cut corners and asking to speak to the supervisor to "authorize" them to break protocol by doing a good job. Worst service ever, can't wait to be done with this terrible company.

Awful service and even worse communication. I had a technician come to a rental property in Sacramento on Friday, April 12th, 2024. He came for an inspection at the cost of $250. He was there at 8am. He told my tenants he “couldn’t discuss any issues with them.” And he left. I didn’t hear from him. I called the company at 4pm and they told me they’d have him call me when he had a chance. In the later afternoon on Friday, I heard from the technician. He told me they’d have a full written report to me by Monday, April 15th. It’s Tuesday morning, the company charged my card for $250 but there is no report from them. No phone call. No update. Nothing. Radio silence. When I pay a company for a service, I like that service to be delivered in a timely manner in the way they said it would be. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I feel like the bad guy for demanding the bare minimum. That should never be the case when working with a service company.

I've been a customer of Zap since 2016, when I bought my house. Before owning my home, I'd been aware of Zap Pest Control since my folks have used them for years. And in my time with using Zap Pest Control, I have to say they've been excellent. Their rep shows up every other month, calls a day in advance to inform me that they intend on coming by the next day and provide a reasonable window when they will show up (a two-hour window, typically). Their rep (in my case, Jack) will ask if there have been any trouble spots around the home he should focus on. Then he gets right to work. Zap uses safe products to spray for bugs and pests, and they don't require me to leave the house or avoid contact outside. They spray the exterior of the house to take care of bugs, then leave their bill on my security door. If I ever need to reach out to Zap directly, they are easy to contact and their staff are personable and friendly. In my opinion, Zap Pest Control is a high-quality company that does their job well, and you can't get a better company for an affordable price.

Mitch has been our service guy for several years now. He had been such a joy to see each time our home gets serviced. Genuine people work for genuine companies. He always address any issues we have whether it be mice (that’s why we called in the first place) to bugs. We get our home serviced every other month and they offer auto pay which is super convenient! Mitch is always attentive to our needs and we appreciate it!

Zap is always thorough with their services and works with my schedule since our technician Jimmy knows we don't like leaving the gates unlocked when we aren't home. All of our pest problems have been solved thanks to Jimmy and I couldn't be more thrilled! Our landlord is so pleased with Zap that he intends on using their services once we close on our home purchase and move out. We highly recommend Zap!

We have used ZAP services for years. They have done good work, conscientious about our pets, and we have been flea free much to our delight and our pets. The technicians are polite and ensure the gates are secure upon leaving. I recommend their services to those who ask. The cost is reasonable.

I have used Zap for years. Their service person comes by the house regularly and does a wonderful job. He is very responsive and when I call with a particular need he always addresses it. He also calls before his visit and asks if I have areas that I want him to focus on. Who could ask for more?

I was referred by my neighbor to call Zap for there services because we were getting these annoying little beetles. My initial call was very pleasant and professional. Then when it was time for my appt, Jimmy is the gentlemen who gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving for service. He was a very sweet man. It’s only been a day since the spray inside and outside of the house but so far so good. The only questionable item I have (as I have not checked my account yet) I received (2) receipts for initial payment different days, so hopefully it’s just a glitch and not charging my credit card twice.

Previously ended service with another company, but recently had an ant problem inside the house. I reached out to Zap via their website and even though their website said the office was closed, I was called back right away to set up service for the next day. The technician that came out was not only on time, but called to tell me a more specific time he was coming instead if having to wait at home for the normal 2 hour window that's given. He was super nice and extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. We may have had only one service so far, but I'm already so happy I switched to Zap!

My experience has not been the best as they cannot really pinpoint any one area and mostly use all-in-one deteriorate for all insects. I also do you not like that there is just one technician and I am often working around his schedule rather than the other way around. I also feel it would be nice to receive a reminder since the service is only every other month. I often have no idea when to expect my technician to arrive because of the lack of communication
