Awful service and even worse communication.
I had a technician come to a rental property in Sacramento on Friday, April 12th, 2024. He came
for an inspection at the cost of $250. He was there at 8am. He told my tenants he “couldn’t discuss any issues with them.” And he left.
I didn’t hear from him. I called the company at 4pm and they told me they’d have him call me when he had a chance. In the later afternoon on Friday, I heard from the technician. He told me they’d have a full written report to me by Monday, April 15th. It’s Tuesday morning, the company charged my card for $250 but there is no report from them. No phone call. No update. Nothing. Radio silence.
When I pay a company for a service, I like that service to be delivered in a timely manner in the way they said it would be.
I absolutely do not recommend this company. I feel like the bad guy for demanding the bare minimum. That should never be the case when working with a service company.
