I had a terrible experience with Zap Termite & Pest Control. Their service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The technicians were unprofessional, seemed untrained, and failed to address the pest problem effectively. Despite multiple visits, the issues persisted, and they were quick to point fingers instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, their customer service was rude and unresponsive when I reached out to express my concerns. Instead of offering solutions, they brushed off my complaints and left me feeling frustrated and ignored. I regret choosing Zap Termite & Pest Control and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable and professional pest control company.

I have been working with Zap for over 8 years now. They have followed me with 2 moves, even to 2 different cities. The company has been very professional and easy to work with. We get phone reminders and confirmation when they are coming out to our house. 2nd and 3rd visits, if needed, are easily scheduled when calling the main office line. Thank you Zap for always doing a superior job!

We had a terrible problem with birds nesting under our solar panels. It was so bad that we had weeds in our gutters, as well as debris blowing off of the roof onto our patio and dog run. One of our dogs ate some debris and nearly died. ZAP cleared debris from our roof and yard, they cleaned the panels and then installed netting around the panels to keep the birds from coming back. They were professional, flexible and worth every penny. Fantastic service.

Called to ask about one time services, the rep told me they do provide them but needed my information first before she could give me any pricing info. After giving her all of my info she then tells me they don’t have any one time services to provide me with but instead I would need to sign up for a monthly subscription. Complete waste of time and now I’ll be receiving ads and flyers in the mail.

I have been a ZAP customer for many years and am satisfied with performance of most of the ZAP technicians. If there are any problems ZAP management takes them seriously and resolves quickly. Current technician that takes care of our house is professional and does a great job.

Zap Termite &Pest Control are great! Everyone I have talked with are very professional and take their jobs seriously. They have great customer svc., very responsive and communicative, always let me know when they will be spraying so I can keep my dogs in. They take the time to explain things. I have not had any ant or spider problems since working with them!

We have been with Zap for over 20 years. They have kept our home bug free and when needed did an excellent job to repair some water damage. We are very please and would recommend them.

Zap has done my pest work for 11 years. They were the only ones willing to crawl under my house to do some nasty stuff with rats in 2007, and have been reliable and very service-oriented ever since. 6 stars easy!

We love Zapp! They helped with a flea problem and an infestation of bird mites. We use them for regular pest control as well and definitely notice a difference in the number of creepy crawlies in our house. Every technician and rep has been friendly and helpful.
