I was charged $85 for a service that didn’t happen over 3 months. Called and was given the run around about the service manager will call me. Never heard from the service manager. A month ago they called to setup a service and wanted to charge me another $85. The gentleman who was scheduling my service told me he would have the office call me. The office called me about a week later and told me that they will get this shorted out and someone will call you to schedule a service. Never happened. Called in and they told me my account has been canceled and I ask why and Lisa said “ I don’t know. I will have the service manager call you.” Very disappointing way to treat your customer. Especially since you company came highly recommended by a customer who has been doing business with you for years.

This is our first time using Zap Pest Control. Customer service was awesome! Curtis came to our home to take care of the pests. Curtis was very polite and knowledgeable and did such a thorough job! I am very pleased with the company. I definitely recommend them!

We love ZAP. Jimmy is our guy and he is great about communicating when he’ll be by next. Always prompt and courteous, as well as extremely professional. He always reassures us that the insecticide he uses on the perimeter of the house is pet safe, as we have quite a few to worry about! Lastly, great pest control. We like seeing the dead spiders dangle at “the end of the line”, as it were after Jimmy sprays. 👍🏻

Good service I have had this company for years. But this year we have had a problem with wasps and the service doesn’t cover two story removal of nests which if you are a pest control company, that should be included because we pay yearly to maintain control of pests. There should be ways to prevent or maintain control.

I have had the service for about a year and am happy with it for the most part. I was unhappy with the fact that I had ants on the inside of my house and I called. They said they would send a message. The guy called and said he would be out on Wednesday so I worked from home that day. He no showed. Then called that Friday and said, sorry I will be out next Wednesday. So I worked from home again. AND he NO SHOWED again. I called and they said they would have him call me. At this point Im pretty done with trying to get someone to come out.

I've had nothing but great service with this company, and my Pest Guy Marcus, whenever I've had ANY issues they came and took care of it within a timely matter, I'm very pleased with my service frm this company I would recommend this company to my friends. Keep up the great work Zap Pest Control. :)

I had a technician come out along with a manager to look at the bat sealing that had been completed prior as I still had bats and all areas were not sealed. They installed another tube at this time. This was in April/May of last year. The technician has never come back to take out the tube and seal the area or remaining areas. How can you forget about someone for almost a year. I have already paid for this service and am just not satisfied with the level of service I’m being provided. I also have them come out every other month and spray the permitter of my house. At this point if I don’t get the bat situation fixed and rectified I will be canceling all services.

Zap pest control is fantastic, Jimmy’s attention to detail is top quality, Jimmy listens to what you have to say, addresses concerns, kind, and such a carrying person, that it should be called Jimmy’s pest control, because he treats you as if he owned the company. They charge me 280 for nothing!!! They don’t even do anything!

I contracted Zapp Pest Control about a year ago to get rid of cockroaches that had multiplied in our house. First I tried all the products out there you can buy to get rid of them with no luck. Waste of money. So by one or two treatments indoors by Zapp Pest Control they were gone 100%. Thank you Zapp for getting rid of them. I hate cockroaches. Now I continue to use Zapp for our outdoor needs. I’ve heard of other companies that don’t work for cockroaches. Trust in Zapp. They’ll get rid of them for you.
