I contacted them via WhatsApp early in the morning and received a confirmation within an hour. We visited the same day (on a Sunday). Pricing is clear (PLN 300 per person or PLN 350 for two people). I didn’t bring cash, but they were very helpful and guided me to an ATM after our ride. They provide helmets, masks, and gloves, and the team pays close attention to ensure everyone stays together during the journey. They were patient and supportive when small accidents or unexpected situations happened. There’s also a short stop where you can take photos or rest. I consider my fitness level to be moderate, and I realised that snowmobiling is a sport—it requires some strength to control the vehicle throughout the ride. It’s definitely doable, but be prepared for the physical effort during the one-hour session so you can enjoy it to the fullest. This was my first snowmobile experience, and I’m very happy I chose this provider. Thank you to the team for the great service and safe experience!

nice reception but the ride is expensive the guy who is the guide was very helpful and gentle man the ride is one hour and 10 minutes taking photos stop there's a free parking spot next to there portacabn the experience is great but you need a driving licence normal car driving licence the ride will be dusty so be prepared to change your clothes after

An amazing experience, full of adrenaline and amazing views. The guide was also very friendly, kind (he speaks excellent English, which was important to us), explained everything clearly, took care of each of us. I recommend choosing Zakoextreme. We will definitely come back to try more than just quads.

We recently had a quad tour in the mountains around Zakopane with a group of 9 people. The route was exciting and full of challenges – lots of steep hills, deep mud, and water puddles. We really enjoyed that the guides allowed us to fully explore the terrain and didn’t restrict us from driving through the big puddles and rough areas. However, we were told there would be a bonfire and drinks after the tour, but unfortunately, we didn’t get either. That part was disappointing, especially since it was mentioned beforehand. Overall, the quad experience itself was great and thrilling, but the promised extras were missing.
