I am so blessed to have Dr. Zaidi's book 'Power of Vitamin D' i am a diabetic for 10 years now. My blood suger was never managed well, though i am trying Ketogenic diet as well. After reading this marvellous book I incorporated Vitamin D with my diabetes medication. It has done wonders for me. Now my readings are under good control.
