Zach was excellent. I needed two aftermarket transponder keys cut and programmed for my 2010 Mustang and he handled everything flawlessly. He was responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient — in and out in under 20 minutes. Pricing was extremely fair and there were no surprises. If you need a reliable automotive locksmith, Zach is your guy.

I was being over priced everywhere I called , Zack came out his way to come check out my ford focus 2016 and he got it cranking quick! I mean first 10 min he was here got her started up ! Definitely 10/10 service ! Works for himself I would rather put money in his pocket then some corporation thats trying to rob us.

Lost my car key and called around to different places. I went with Zach’s and im glad i did! He arrived earlier than he said he would, was extremely nice, and quick! I had a new key within 15 mins and the price was fair, $125. 10/10 recommend!

I needed to rekey the locks on my new house, and I had seven locks that needed changing. Zach was super quick to get back to me, and I had an appointment scheduled right away. Zach arrived at my house right on time and wrapped up everything in just 30 minutes. I was really impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. He even went the extra mile by fixing a misaligned strike plate and correcting locks that had the mechanism installed backwards. I recently had an exceedingly positive experience with Zach. He rekeyed several exterior locks and replaced one of the interior door locks with a commercial lock. He answered the phone on my first call and provided an accurate estimate over the phone. He is an excellent communicator, and patiently answered all of my questions about door locks. He arrived on time, and saved us money by not trying to sell us services that we did not need. Overall I felt that Zach did a great job. I would highly recommend his small business and would definitely use his services again.

Zach came out after another locksmith had left with out noticed. After checking out my Truck Zach found the ignition cylinder had been damaged ( I caught the first company's technician with a large screw driver) Zach fixed the damaged cylinder and made me two keys. Wow what an awesome guy. Thank you again Zach for being such a great guy.

Very professional and quick. Not only did he fix my old key fob and he fixed and programmed the new one and rekeyed as well for a price way lower than anyone else. I called 5 lock Smiths before getting Zach. I would recommend Zach”s Lock & Key Services to anyone.

Our keys got locked in our trunk and I called one locksmith and they wanted all this information and would not give me a price , "it all depends how long it takes". I called Zack and he gave me a price made it out to my car at the time he said he would be there and did a great job. It was a little more complicated , but he had a great attitude and kept to the price he quoted me. Will definitely use him again if I have need for a locksmith. This is a guy you can trust!

Zach has officially provided me with top-notch customer service for the second time! Back in June, I called him because I had a broken key, and he came within an hour. He fixed my key quickly and was extremely polite. Today, I called him again after someone tried to charge me $500 to replace my key. Zach came within an hour, replaced my key, and let me know that I was being overcharged. I had been without a car for two days, and once I called Zach, he got me back on the road fast. He even told me, “You should’ve called me sooner!” Best guy ever — honest, reliable, and professional. I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need help!
