Zacan has made numerous upgrades to my home and I highly recommend Zacan, Omar and his crew. From a beautiful bathroom renovation, to arches in my hallways, outdoor stairs & patio upgrade, adding beams to my living room, pantry upgrade to a laundry room renovation, just to name a few. Their attention to details and commitment to high quality work was impressive. And, they leave the work areas clean after each day of work, which I appreciated. Omar is highly skilled and can do anything! They will do a superb job for you.

10 years ago, we remodeled our kitchen involving a gut job. This family of contractors didn’t just do an incredibly professional job, everything was meticulously done, they did it ON TIME. While they were working, they walled off the work areas (in plastic) so nothing came into the house. At the end of each day (every single day) they made sure we had access to the rest of our house; the work area was completely cleaned, and any trash hauled away. Since then, we have remodeled the main bedroom, the main bath and the second bathroom. We finished the garage and the laundry room. They built me a custom pantry in the kitchen and the middle bedroom. I’ve never worked with a vendor more committed to excellence. They respect the inconvenience making it as easy on us as possible, they are reliable, collaborative, and reasonable priced. It doesn’t get any better than this. Zacan is their childhood town and it’s a family business. Omar, Cesar, Hector and Eric are just a pleasure to work with.

Omar and the team provide excellent work. They are knowledgeable, conscientious and proud of their work. There hasn’t been a project that they’ve done for us that hasn’t been top notch. Whether it’s plumbing, electrical or carpentry, they’ve always delivered quality workmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zacan for whatever needs to be done at your home.

All of the things we as home owners wish we had found when hiring other tradesmen/contractors. I have owned my home for 13 years and these are the guys I have called each and every time. Omar is creative and has a knack for listening to your ideas and making them come to life. They are detail oriented, which is super important to me.
