I got my vehicle wrapped about 2.5 months ago. Overall, they did a pretty good job but I am not happy with the customer service and a few areas that I hope will be fixed that I think are pretty noticeable (my vehicle is dirty in these photos). I feel like they have a good reputation and came recommended but I am not sure I would personally recommend to anyone because I don’t feel like they were considerate of my time or attention to details. Even when it came to booking a time to bring my vehicle in, the owner wasn’t super clear about confirming times or clarifying information. I was under the impression when I brought my vehicle in, they would thoroughly go through everything and order things (like the badges ahead of time) but they seemed disorganized and lacking communication between each other. Upon dropping off and picking up my vehicle, I told them that I wanted matching badges ordered. They said it wouldn't be received in time so they left one of the old ones on in the meantime. I emailed a few weeks later to check in and also requesting that a few areas be fixed. It sounded like they hadn’t even ordered them yet. I waited and finally brought my vehicle in today to find out that it was the wrong badge (wrong model) and only 1 out of the 3 badges. I work out of town and took time off work to come in so I was super frustrated (there also was a couple miscommunications prior to this too and times they had overbooked). They said it will be another 3 weeks now and I find that ridiculous to wait 3 months for badges. When you pay so much for a job, you want to feel like it’s complete and excited about how it looks. I wish they would have set up a phone call or something to get all the information before I even came in, actually ordered the right badges or confirmed prior to scheduling me in for this subsequent visit. I don’t like feeling like a company doesn’t care about wasting my time or energy. I would hope that this is an isolated experience and they are more thorough with communication to avoid experiences like mine but it didn't seem like it even phased them and the owner sounds so unbothered by any of this or trying to make it right.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model Y and, after reading many positive reviews on Tesla forums (Alberta Tesla), I decided to go with YYC Wraps for the Xpel Stealth wrap. I wanted a matte look, and Hamza was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions regarding the material's thickness and warranty. There was no pressure to commit, and even while waiting for my vehicle's delivery, Hamza was always prompt in responding to my emails about the install process. When my delivery date got bumped up, Hamza was flexible and accommodated my schedule, allowing me to bring my Tesla to the shop right after taking delivery. Upon dropping off the vehicle, I had the pleasure of chatting with Curtis, who further explained the material and showed us examples of the PPF matte application. He even pointed out a few tricky areas, like the rear, ensuring we knew what to expect. On a last-minute decision, I opted to add tinting on the front two windows at 35% with Xpel Prime tint. Hamza quickly quoted the job and added it to the scope without any hassle. The entire wrap and tinting job was completed in just three days. Curtis walked us through the finished vehicle, assuring us that any issues would be promptly addressed if we brought it back. We are thrilled with the new look and the added protection. The team at YYC Wraps did an amazing and thorough job. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family for their exceptional service and quality work. My car was badly damaged due to the severe hailstorm. Thank you Whalanjoe Tidy Car for fixing my car. The technicians did a really good job on fixing all the dents and installing window tints. They even cleaned my car and fixed the faulty passenger window. I highly recommend this shop for those who are looking for paint-less dent repair, window tints or other services that they have. When it comes to pricing, they are also negotiable.

YYCwrap did an outstanding job on my Model Y with the Lucid Yellow wrap and Full Frontal PPF package. Hamza and Curtiss provided exceptional customer service, and the entire team had such cheerful personalities that made the experience even better. From my very first inquiry email to picking up the vehicle, the service was top-notch. I’ll update this review later regarding the warranty service, but so far, everything has been fantastic. Highly recommend YYCwrap for anyone looking for professional and friendly service!

Just got my car back the same day. The service was personal, professional, and expertly done with lots of helpful information. Did a full frontal ppf protection with pillars, mirrors and 8 inch glass roof. If your in Calgary or close by reach out to to them. The shop is awesome and shows they are focused and committed on your car. Thanks Alberta Tesla for helping me find him. Will definitely be back for when I want a new colour.

Amazing job at installing ppf on my Tesla Y. Hamza was excellent to deal with and I would always recommend him. I’ve got my previous car wrapped at Tap and Shine and they didn’t do even close of a good job what Hamza did at YYC Wraps. Update: some spots started to peel

NEW CAR EDIT : Jan 20th, 2025 We took our Alfa Romeo Stelvio to get paint correction, Xpel PPF, and ceramic coating. We are beyond thrilled to see our car looking like it should have from the manufacturer. The paint correction looks fantastic, the full front PPF along with ceramic coating is on top enhances the vehicle OEM color and adds the perfect amount of gloss finish. We again highly recommended the fantastic team at YYC Wraps. I took my Alfa Giulia at this location to get some customization done. After a thorough walk through and inspection of my car we were able to pin point what we needed. First, the place is just unreal. Sat upstairs while coming up with a plan. I did not want to go bold as this car really doesn’t need more to stand out from the pack so we added carbon fiber accents and front PPF. I love the outcome, the subtle enhancement makes everything come together. Over all, amazing experience, amazing TEAM who paid extra attention to details. WE ARE EXTREMELY happy!

YYC Wraps did a full exterior and interior colour change on my Tesla and a full PPF wrap. They were very easy to work with, friendly, and Curtis did an amazing job and sent me updates. I absolutely love the look of my car and would highly recommend them.

Hamza did an absolutely amazing job with the wrap on my motorcycles gas tank. He was super responsive and extremely helpful with wrap selection. I’m beyond happy with the results and will 100% come to YYC Wraps in the future!
