Right from the first phone call to the guy showing up at the house, everyone was so friendly. This job was for most removal. In and out easy. Good consultation on how to stop them from coming in with specific instructions about how to address the problem. Bait with two different kinds of poison (different from the other companies who only use one kind of poison) and placed strategically. Zain was our onsite guy. He’s so friendly. I was commenting on how friendly they were and he said something to the effect of, “it’s our job to understand that you have stress and to help make it better”. I’m really pleased. They have a 100 day guarantee on this service. The traps are good for two years. I hope I never need to use them again. But if I do, they will be at the very top of my list.

Zain solved a hidden bees nest problem effectively and quickly. He was here within a day of calling him, and was extremely professional, as well as personable. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you have any pest issues.

Zain came today to do a bedbug check as my neighbour has been dealing with a reoccurring infestation and he gave me amazing piece of mind, and after took a couple minutes to help my neighbour understand the best way to eradicate and keep them gone! YYC Pest Control were very professional right from the initial call right through to executing the final install of the mesh guard to pigeon proof our solar panels. We had a family of sparrows decide to make a nice little home of our main floor bathroom fan exhaust. YYC pest control came on Sunday night and took care of them in humane and ethical manner. They also installed a wire mesh and cleaned/sprayed the exhaust to ensure this wouldn’t happen again. Prompt and professional service!
