I have previously rated this business 4.5 stars but it has sadly gone downhill significantly.
After a recent visit for an express pedicure, I’m disappointed not only with the service but especially with how my feedback was handled. I sent a polite, constructive email to the salon to give them the opportunity to address the issue privately, but after two weeks I’ve received no response… just radio silence.
The pedicure itself was poor quality. There was still a significant amount of dead skin left on my feet, and my big toenail was over-filed and damaged during polish removal. The nail has since become painful and ingrown, meaning I can’t currently run without making it worse. I am a busy mum, was excited for this special treat to pamper myself and have left Yummy Mummy Day Spa with my feet in worse condition than when I arrived — especially disappointing given the premium price charged for the service
I wasn’t seeking compensation — just acknowledgment and improvement. Based on both the service and the lack of response, I wouldn’t return here.
