Your Way Tree Service

I have used Your Way Tree Service for over 10 years to maintain the 13 mature trees on my property. During that time, their tree work has consistently been strong. They have done an excellent job managing tree height, overall health, and shaping, and I have always been satisfied with their tree trimming services. When I learned that Your Way launched a yard maintenance offering last year, I decided to use them again to trim the shrubs around my home. My request was straightforward: create clearance around the house to allow for painting and reshape the shrubs so they looked clean and balanced. A crew of approximately four people worked on the property for a couple of hours. Because I was in back-to-back work meetings, I paid at completion without closely reviewing the work, relying on my positive past experience with their tree services. After reviewing the work the following day, I found that the focus was primarily on creating space between the shrubs and the house. Some plants were lightly thinned or shaped, but several — particularly the California sages — were not shaped at all, leaving many shrubs uneven and lopsided in appearance. The result did not meet my expectations for shrub pruning. I will continue to use Your Way for tree trimming, where they have consistently delivered good results, but I will likely look elsewhere for shrub maintenance going forward.

Your Way Tree Service did an awesome job on very over grown tree in our backyard. They were prompt, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, did such a great job on the tree and cleaned everything up and hauled it away. We will have them back soon to help us out in the near future.
