Aqua Yoga in Hornsea: Gentle Exercise for Strength, Mobility & Balance
Aqua Yoga is a supportive, low-impact way to improve strength, mobility and balance, combining the principles of Hatha Yoga with the natural support of water.
Exercising in water reduces pressure on the joints while providing gentle resistance, allowing you to move more comfortably and with less strain.
Regular practice can help:
• improve joint mobility and flexibility
• build gentle strength in the legs, hips and core
• support balance and coordination
• reduce tension and support relaxation.
Aqua Yoga is particularly suitable for those who experience stiffness, reduced mobility, or are returning to exercise after a break. No previous yoga experience is needed.
