Had work carried out on my roof by Space Innovators, including the removal of an old, large flue pipe which ran from the kitchen up through to the exterior of the roof. They then repaired the opening in the roof with new felt and new replacement tiles and replaced and repointed the adjoining ridge tiles. From my very first contact with Jake right through to the job completion and aftercare, Jakes knowledge and professionalism made sure everything was handled smoothly. The roofers, Kyle and Daniel, worked in a very clean, timely and tidy manner, taking great care to protect the surrounding areas and leaving everything spotless afterwards. The quality of the work was excellent. All three of them were friendly, respectful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with their service and workmanship and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing company.

Jake and his team are really honest & professional. He recently did my house Gutter cleaning flat roof cleaning and also did free roof check while checking the roof they find out 3 titles were move out to the gutter they put them back and secured the tiles with their special tool He charged me very reasonable price and also did a free visit again to make sure the tiles are OK. I recommend his service to everyone if they need a reliable service with reasonable price.

Jake and his team did a fantastic job on our property, completing a full roof replacement, guttering, insulation, and loft hatch installation. The project was completed efficiently and to a high standard, all within the agreed timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout, and the quality of service was exceptional. When I first called, Jake took the time to speak with me in detail about my flat roof, clearly explaining the science behind the issues. His knowledge and honesty immediately gave me confidence. He advised that I needed a new roof and managed to schedule the work within just two days. Throughout the entire job, Jake was always available at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had—nothing was ever too much trouble. While completing the work, he also gave me helpful advice about my existing roof. The team worked tidily , and they even patched a problem area around my bay window where Jake noticed potential future water damage They also cleaned all my gutters around the house before finishing up without me asking :-) I would highly recommend Jake and his team they have gave me faith again in roofers. I found Your Space Innovations from recommendations on local forums and decided to contact them because of the quality of information and transparency of costs on the website. Quotes for the roofing work was given up front. My questions were answered and no pressure applied to me deciding on the work to be done. The materials were high quality and came with guarantees. The guys were polite, got a lot of work done in a day - front and back eaves restoration and a new dry ridge installation - they even cleared up after themselves! Where do i start? Great service, fantastic work ethic, attention to detail, value for money. All round great job. They are a young team of lads that are passionate about what they do. I'm so grateful to them all, they did an amazing job of our leaking flat roof. I had water flowing out of every spotlight, pendant light and plasterboard joint in my living room and kitchen. Water was even running down the surrounds of my recessed windows and skylight. They secured the roof to slow the water damage, from my emergency callout. Next dry day, in they came, they worked tirelessly on a flat roof measuring 10m in length and 10m in width in some parts. Battling with the wind, rain and cold weather. I can now rest assured that my roof is secure and looks great. With a 25 year guarantee too, there is nothing to fault about this company. Highly recommend!

I contacted Jake a couple of weeks ago for a pre-purchase roof inspection after I had had a RICS survey done. Jake responded back to me really quickly and he was able to carry out the inspection within a few days. The pre-purchase roof inspection report was very detailed and it outlined issues that need immediate attention and ones that may cause problems in the near future 10/10 service from Jake and his team. They’re very honest, kind and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

I had a leak in my kitchen with water/damp seeping in. Called a few roofers for a quote. Most were not available to come over immediately. Jake said he can come over the next morning but was upfront about the call out charge of £150. I was hesitant about this since the other roofers said they didn't have call out charges. Jake was kind enough to suggest I can send photos of the leak and the roof and he might give me an idea of the issue and the approx cost. I sent the photos and within a few hours Jake got back to me with what might be the issue, the price and offered to come and fix the issue the very next day. Jake also waived the call out charge since he was able to identify the issue from the photo. Jake and his team were punctual and did a great job explaining what the issue was and walked me thru how they planned to fix the issue. Once the job was done they cleaned up the area and were very professional. 5/9/25 - I had Jake and team come over to fix a minor leak in the dormer addition. When Jake inspected the leak he found that the chimney was not capped (even though the previous owners said they did it). Jake was prompt to give me a quote and once again was excellent with communication and did a great job sorting out the issue and capping the chimney. I will definitely recommend Jake and team to fix any roofing issues.
