It’s hard to explain just how amazing Jerry and his team were, but they are literally the best repair team I have ever worked with. As a homeowner, discovering that you have a very significant plumbing issue is a scary and anxiety-inducing situation, especially when you discover this major issue only 3 weeks before your first baby is due to be born. After calling his team to come do what we thought would be pretty routine sewer snaking, we discovered that our old cast iron pipe system in our basement totally rotted out and it quickly turned into a major project. However, Jerry was extremely helpful, understanding, and kind when it came to helping us determine the issue, make a plan, and execute it - all at an extremely great rate for the size of the project. He fully explained everything he was doing, his team did excellent work totally replacing and updating our cellar basement piping, and they actually ended up leaving our basement the cleanest I have ever seen it! This is the kind of team and business you want yon your side. Every worker - Jerry, Coty, Aiden, Tanner - were all very professional, absolute workhorses, and will 100 percent be our go-to plumbers from now on. Total remodel of our bath. Removed tub and replaced with a beautiful shower. New toilet, vanity, lights, painting, and flooring. Professional, very helpful, Fair prices and excellent workmanship. BONUS! They clean up everyday after working. Jerry, Amanda and their crew were awesome. Kept us in the loop for any decisions, and arrival times. When you remodel a bath, you want a plumber doing the job, not a contractor. Will use for plumbing issues and future bath remodels.

From quote to job completion Cody was amazing. Very personable and highly knowledgeable. While for my pockets sake (this is a joke, the prices are fair) I don't need more work in the near future when I do I will be calling these guys. The quotes are fair and broken down in an easy to read way and they do a great job at explaining everything. I was able to get them in and my water heater replaced within a day.

Last night I found a small leak under the kitchen sink coming from the garbage disposal. I turned off the water at the sink, cleaned it up a bit and called YSOP Plumbing this morning at about 8:15 am. It was fast and easy to setup an appointment to get a tech out here for repairs. They kept me updated via text and Tanner called to say he was on his way. (We appreciate calls beforehand). He was here pretty quick, was professional and polite, and he gave us a reasonable price to repair it all (Garbage disposal replacement and both water lines repaired like new). He was faster than expected getting new disposal and had it installed and everything fixed by noon. I'm really glad I called them and I'd recommend YSOP Plumbing to anyone looking for Professional Plumbing.

Very thankful and I recommend Your 2nd Opinion Plumbing. I came home from work a couple days before Christmas and had noticed a burnt smell and a water leak coming from my water heater. I called the bigger companies near me in Louisville and was sent to a robot or service advisor in a call center somewhere in the country. Because it was late it the day and the day before Christmas Eve I was told it could be a couple days before I would get a call back. Unreal! I did a local search and right down the road near my house was 2nd Opinion Plumbing. I did a quick look at the reviews and they were good so I gave them a call. After 2 rings I got a real human to pick up and was surprised to find out they were going to send someone out to check out my problem that same evening. Within 30 minutes I had a technician at my house, Jerry, was able to determine the problem very quickly and gave my a couple different options to go with. After a few checks and balances and questions, to ensure accuracy, I had come to the same conclusion and decided we should switch the old, water logged water heater for a new one. I had figured I would need to wait until after Christmas because the next day was Christmas Eve. No! They wanted and was able to schedule my new water heater installation the next day, about 12 hours away! I was honestly floored and in disbelief because I was unable to get through to the big guys how important a water heater is to a household. These guys got it, and actually made me feel like a neighbor! What started as a nightmare, coming home right before Christmas and having water leaking turned into a breath of fresh air! Can't explain how thankful I am for the whole team and getting my issue fixed. Timely, knowledgeable, and friendly are how I can describe the crew. I was able to make it to family on Christmas Eve morning because these guys got to me first thing in the morning and had everything installed in a couple hours! Man can I say how happy I am with this place! These guys were on time and as professional as can be. They came to diagnose the issue and got it sorted out immediately. Price wise compared to any company I have ever used this place was so much better with these guys. To finish it off the lady receptionist at the company was super professional, sweet, and really on it. I was very happy with my experience with this company. I recommend this plumbing company to everyone.

This company is truly one of a kind. They truly care and want to help people. I’ve had them out twice. Both times I asked if I should replace something and they said “no!” I’ve never met a genuinely honest group of folks until now. Their prices are very reasonable and I will never use any other company but them.

Jerry and his crew are the best at what they do. Excellent work, punctual, and clean up after the repair. We had a leaking sewer pipe, and they had it fixed (in cold weather) in no time. The second call was washing machine overflow pipe. Again, efficient repair, fair price, and in their way. Third was a tub to shower conversion, removed an ancient cast iron tub, replaced with a beautiful new shower with rimless glass doors, a rain and a hand-held shower fixture. It wasn’t in a day, but an acceptable time frame for the work needed. Of course, I added a warm bidet while the wall was already exposed to the second bathroom. The final expense was expected to be higher than the quick estimate Jerry ball-parked, but still came in a bit higher but within our budget. The overall look and ahhhh feel is worth it $! We highly recommend Your Second Opinion Plumbing because, simply stated, they are great at what they do. Thanks to everyone at YSOP. *****

Jeremy and Cody were prompt and professional. They treated me like I was their neighbor and didn’t try to up-sale me on things I didn’t need. They were perfectly happy solving my problem for the least amount of cost possible to me. They showed up when they said they would, treated my property like it was their own, and did a very professional job. I hope I don’t need a plumber again for a long time but if I do, I’m definitely going to call these guys back. They did great. I now have plumbing professionals that I can feel good about recommending to friends and neighbors.

Excellent service! We realized our sink drain was clogged on Christmas Day. Thankfully we were able to book a time slot for noon the next day. Tanner showed up on time, was very courteous, and fixed our drainage issue in a reasonable amount of time. Great value and will definitely use them again if plumbing issues arise.
