First I would like to say is the lady in the office is awful. Takes her hours to call you back if she even does. I paid them good money to take care of my lawn and all they did was kill it and takes no responsibility for it just blame the homeowner. I tried for months to get a answer why my lawn was dieing. I thought it was the weed kill they were using because they were just try different stuff not knowing for sure what they were doing but come to find out by a different lawn company it bugs. But now they say it the bugs it happens just like that not that fast it takes more then two week for them to do that much damage. But they will not take accountability for there screw up so I guess I payed them to screw up my lawn and to buy more grass. If I were you I would not let these people on your property because in the long run it's just going to cost you more money. Once again the lady in the office is awful and don't really care they screww up your lawn. FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY.

My st Augustine grass is completely dead, the yard is covered in weeds so I asked them to come and look and they did . Their assessment? Well there is a lot of weeds. St Augustine is not native to Florida we don’t understand why people put it in their yards. Your grass is dead and replaced by Bermuda. We will feed the Bermuda to fill in the dead grass. Or you can kill all the grass and replace the entire yard. They were supposed to get back to me the next day after they investigated the situation to see what happened, they never did. This is just simply unacceptable!
