Absolutely Exceptional Pet Care! I can’t recommend YBFF highly enough! I had a last-minute situation where my dog Leo needed immediate care, and I was incredibly lucky that they were available. Leo wasn’t feeling well and had some messy accidents, but Becki handled everything with such grace, compassion, and professionalism—it truly blew me away. Not only did she take excellent care of Leo on such short notice, but she also went above and beyond by cleaning up after him, even starting a load of laundry with the soiled towels before she left. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is so rare. It’s clear Becki truly cares about the pets she looks after, and it gave me such peace of mind to know Leo was in such capable hands. I will 100% be using YBFF again—and often! If you're looking for someone who treats your pets like their own, look no further.

Highly recommend! We have used Becki and her team for about a year now and can’t say enough great things. Our furbabies absolutely love when the sitters come in and I think they’re actually a little sad when we come home from a trip because their friends aren’t coming anymore! They send pictures and give a very detailed update with each and every visit. Each team member gives great communication! They follow all instructions, love on your pets and overall just show amazing care for your animals. Any issues are addressed and fixed promptly by Becki and they are also very reasonably priced! We look forward to using YBFF for years to come and I know our furbabies do too!

I had a unique situation in finding a dog walking service because the dog walker I had walked my dog for 2 years consistently the same person. Her company moved her to another state so I needed to find a fulltime dog walking service. It has been a tolerance curve to getting my dog use to multiple walkers coming 3 times per day. I only set-up 15 min walks 3 times a day. My dog does not want to walk very far so there has had to be a lot of coercion just to even get in 15 min walks . I have teats ready and available and talked with each walker that they will need to be the boss and let my dog know she needs to stop sitting down. We are starting our 4th week of YBFF service. Hopefully, by my communicating with each walker the walks will go more smoothly.

I can’t recommend Your Best Friend’s Friend enough! Scheduling is easy - I’ve never had an issue with booking. They update you after each check in with pictures which gives me peace of mind while I’m away. I trust them to take care of my pets and exactly what you want in a pet sitter!

Great experience. Went beyond to look for my scaredy cat. Even took a photo to show food and treats and made a trip back to drop off my key. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing experience! The owner worked me last minute to schedule a meet and greet and took care of my elderly, blind and diabetic dog. I love the app, updates and photos at every visit. I wish they offered military discounts but I will definitely use them again in the future!

We are so happy with Becki and her team! They have been amazing with our pups and super accommodating. We love that they send us pictures after every visit and a little report on how it went. Their app also makes it super easy to request visits and to pay invoices.

I've been using YBFF for about 3 weeks, the dog walking service. I had major back surgery and will need their services for a few months. I am so happy with everyone who is walking my Toby. Everyone is friendly, prompt and caring. They communicate right away after each walk. I would highly recommend YBFF to anyone who needs quality pet services. I have put the business card on my mailbox kiosk to drum up business.

YBFF is such a great pet sitting company! They visited my shy senior kitty and made sure he received his medicine on time. I received photos and updates after every visit, which was comforting. They went above and beyond basic care: making sure to mix his food just the way he likes it, cleaning up cat litter that was tracked outside of the litter box, washing my pet's dishes, turning off/on the lamps so it looks like someone is home, etc. They came by referral and I was not disappointed. I will definitely use this company again.
