We had an outstanding experience with Young’s Moving Service during our recent cross-country move from California to Arkansas. Moving long distance can be extremely stressful, but their entire team made the process smooth and organized from start to finish. The process began with a very helpful and accurate FaceTime estimate, and scheduling was easy and reliable. Everything happened exactly as promised—from the loading day to the delivery and unloading at our new home. Our moving crew was exceptional. They were professional, efficient, friendly, and extremely careful with our belongings. They worked incredibly hard navigating stairs and heavy items, driving two trucks over 2 days and handled everything with care, even unloading in driving rain, all with a great attitude and and no issues. The office staff was also wonderful—very responsive, organized, and supportive throughout the entire move. If you are looking for a reliable long-distance moving company, we highly recommend Young’s Moving Service. They provided excellent service, great value, and true professionalism during a very big move.

I have been sick for 3 weeks which meant I had to reschedule 4 times with Youn’s Moving Services. They have been very understanding of my situation and I am so grateful for that. We were able to finally do the move today and my goodness! These three young men sent my way were so full of energy, very respectful and they really took care of all my belongings like it was theirs. From start to finish, I am very pleased with the entire service. They arrived on time and they also put together my children’s bunk bed that they had to disassemble also. So thankful that Young’s Moving Services was recommended to me. If you ever needs movers, look no further. Young’s Moving Services will take great care of you!

I can’t say enough good things about Young’s Moving Service. We hired them to help move my senior parents, and from start to finish they were absolutely incredible. The crew was not only professional and efficient, but also patient, kind, and respectful, which meant everything to our family. Moving can be overwhelming at any age, but they took extra time to explain things clearly, handled sentimental items with care, and made sure my parents felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They showed up on time, worked hard, and treated the home and belongings as if they were their own. Not a single item was damaged, and they went above and beyond to help set things up at the new place so my parents wouldn’t feel lost or stressed. Ralph and his crew were on time and carefully wrapped all our furniture for transport. All four members of the crew were very polite and professional. Would highly recommend Young's Moving.

The packers were outstanding. We’ve moved several times with the military movers, Amber,Arturo and Marilynn would run circles around them. The movers came the next day. The crew of 5 were outstanding!!! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better. They were quick , efficient and so personable. We would dial for them again. Our quoted price was perfect. Best moving company ever.

Youngs Moving gave us great service. They were very easy to work with as we had to change the moving date several times. Showed up on time with uniformed, friendly personnel. Very clean truck and had all necessary moving supplies. They got right to work and completed the job in less time than expected and reduced our fee as a result. Would definitely recommend Youngs to anyone needing a local mor long distance move.

Young’s Moving Service did an excellent job for us today. The crew was extremely polite, handled all of my items with real care, and had great personalities that made the whole process easy. They worked efficiently from start to finish and made the move completely stress-free. Highly recommend them if you want a professional team that treats your belongings like their own!

This is one of the most professional services I've ever worked with. Their initial consult and evaluation was informative and their estimate was highly accurate. Their crew was punctual, worked very quickly despite the company charging by the hour, handled my personal furniture with genuine care and made the customer experience extremely pleasant. I have very high expectations of companies I hire, so it is rare when a one truly exceeds expectations, but Young's Moving Service has set the bar. I would highly recommend them for any moving needs you may have. You won't regret it!

Do NOT recommend this company! Definition of over promise and under deliver with HORRIBLE support for any issues on your move. Everything started off well, but when we had issues with our move day taking 4 hours longer than estimated, not having a big enough truck to transport our items, and damaged items the response we got was appalling. On move day the crew doing our move spent the whole day complaining about their employer, saying the company wasn’t a good place to work for, and specifically making comments about how the owner Erika was awful to work for. On top of this we had multiple damaged items including a damaged lamp that they had never boxed despite us asking them to. And to top it off, they didn’t even send a big enough truck and left behind a bunch of our items at our old house for us to move ourselves or pay them extra to come back and get it. When I reached out to them over the weekend for support I got zero response, not even a call back on Monday. When I called again on Tuesday I very nicely asked what they could do to replace or compensate our damaged items, the response I got from the owner Erika was a nasty email that was completely unnecessarily hostile. Despite requesting to just have a nice phone call to go through the damage policy and discuss how to remedy the situation Erika shot back another email, ultimately ghosting us and not responding or being willing to work with us to remedy the issues. It’s now been a week since our move with zero path to resolution.

Young's Moving Service helped us with a simulator installation at a location in Tallequah, OK. From my first interaction with Ericka who scheduled the job through the end of the move I found this company to be professional, reliable, and a great experience. Because of the location, there were added details that had to be complied with. Ericka told me she would get the details I needed by a certain time and did so without being reminded. We were supposed to have had 3 gentlemen help us but one had a family emergency the morning of. Harold and Kevin quickly stepped in and were a dream team. They were polite, worked hard, listened to instructions, and were a pleasure to work with. I was initially concerned having one man less, but they were more than capable of handling our job. These two men were laser focused and ensured everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend this company. They do a great job and are excellent communicators checking in with me two days before to confirm our appointment and the morning of to make sure we knew they were on the way.
