Called and talked to Tatiana and Evan both in the same day. Then showed up unexpectedly about an hour before closing on Friday. They went above and beyond to make our deal happen. Had the best price around. This is the place to go if you want a small town welcoming feeling. Places like this are far and few these days. Thanks for the things you both did for me and my family. If I could have given 10 stars I would have!!

Great Service from the Parts Department!! Had one of our service trucks broke down and called Bill in Parts and he ran the parts to my driver and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. I'm here to tell you that just doesn't happen any where but Youngblood Motor Co. Tickled Pink!

I felt like family while I took my car here. I believe they are completely out of the automotive business which makes me sad. They took car of my tire warranty and since I bought another set through them they rotated my tires for free every oil change. They had an oil change punch card and the service itself was very affordable. You always had the waiting area to yourself with fresh coffee, lots of magazines and TV. The waiting area itself is spacious and everyone is friendly. I got to know everyone there quite well. I always enjoyed talking with Joe about his pig and other farm critters. To be honest I’m tearing up writing this because I’m going to miss seeing everyone there when I do my oil change or any other service issue. I hope they decided to offer car services again soon. Otherwise I am sincerely thankful to them for all the help and courtesy that they have shown me over the past few years.

Had what I wanted, was very straight forward, and up front, felt like I had the facts from the get go, very smooth and fast transaction, no haggle pricing, and no surprises.

Youngblood advertised a Kawasaki Pro MX utv for the same price as any Kawasaki dealer. The difference was they were throwing in a roof for free, and a very nice $1500 trailer for FREE. A package deal that was too good to be true. I called and spoke to Tatiana and she was sweet, polite and helpful. I told her I wanted to just give her my information and wanted to be pre-approved so when I drive there (about an hour and a half from me) I didn’t want to spend all day messing with approvals and paperwork. She understood and got right on it. Between Youngblood and the finance company I was approved in 20 minutes. I picked up the vehicle and trailer the next day. Todd was there and waiting for me with everything ready. Explained everything and I was out the door in another 20 minutes. Great service, great products, great people. Found my new dealer. You can’t go wrong with these fine folks. Thank you guys for making this a wonderful experience.

Best place to have your car serviced.They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough in their services. The people in charge of servicing cars at Youngblood Ford also take the time to discuss what the service check revealed including information on repairs that were needed immediately and things to watch for that would need to be repaired in the future. I was very pleased with my experience at Youngblood Ford of Madison GA😊😊😊

Beware of service dept, I questioned service manager on some of the parts they wanted to replace and he immediately got irate and told me to come get my car, glad I did. I saved 950.00 at Hennessey ford because they said the parts they said I needed were in fact not needed. I would recommend you get a second opinion before using the service dept.

We have a new transit van that had an issue that nobody could figure out. I contacted the Ford Dealership that we bought the van from and they told me it would be three weeks before they could fit it into their schedule. I contacted Youngblood Ford and they looked into the problem the next business day, diagnosed and correctly repaired our van. Everyone we encountered in the Service Department was friendly and very helpful. We will be using Youngblood Ford for all of our future needs. Thanks!!

They have a nice pressure free relaxing atmosphere here! I had spoke with Scott Youngblood the owner over the phone before driving down there. He was very informative, not pushy at all, and a true southern gentleman. This is a Ford Motor Company that takes Pride in their products-vehicles etc. They have been in business for a long time, and they are not a here-today-gone-tomorrow company.
