Alyssa is great as a motivational coach for exercising, eating better and checking in regularly! She is realistic and kind for your exercise and weight loss journey. Highly recommend!

Alyssa is a great personal trainer, I’ve had her working with me for over a year to get me in shape for racing motorcycles. It’s been a success and I now hold over 100 motorcycle land speed records, many near 200 miles per hour.

I have been working out with Alyssa for about 4 months now and I find her to be very sincere, knowledgeable and innovative in her work! She brings in very positive energy into our sessions and is always encouraging without compromising on the training. Keeps the workouts extremely interesting and very effective. Always upbeat, comes on time and is very non judgmental and communicative! I am on my second package intend to keep renewing and have even added other family members for training with her. She’s very sincere, committed and compassionate as a trainer and as a person! Definitely made a difference in my life!

Alyssa is an unbelievably talented and motivating wellness coach and personal trainer. From the first visit, she took care to understand my personal goals and challenges, and has been able to tailor sessions to help me achieve those goals. Alyssa makes the sessions fun and challenging — there is always lots of variety. She is such a kind person and also knows how to push you towards your potential. I can’t say enough great things about Alyssa and the fitness/wellness journey she is guiding me on!

At You Just Get Stronger, Alyssa is passionate about your health and personalized fitness plan. She is always on time, positive, and motivational. Working with Alyssa, the results show. Alyssa is an awesome human and an amazing trainer! My husband and I trained with Alyssa for almost a couple of years. She is flexible and always adjusts the workout according to our fitness level. She pushed us and motivated us to stay on track and continue getting stronger. Alyssa also did a great job of mixing up the workouts to keep us engaged! I would highly recommend Alyssa as a trainer and as a health coach.

My husband and I had Alyssa as our personal trainer for 6 months and she was fantastic! We had a 5 am start time, which would be unheard of for some trainers, but she showed up with a smile on her face and fully motivated to work hard! Alyssa was accomodating for my personal physical injuries, as she would have alternate exercises for me to do compared to my husband who could do much more. Her routines were tailored to what we needed/wanted to achieve individually. I would highly recommend Alyssa! She is a positive trainer who will help you achieve your goals! :)

Working out with Alyssa was great. I am a senior citizen and she took into consideration my age when developing our workout routines. She is very supportive and encouraging, and just fun to be with. I highly recommend her.
