Great driver, very friendly chat and got me home quick and safe

Mr Jadoon picked us up on time and drove us to Leicester from York. He was a lovely guy who helped load our holiday luggage and made my family feel safe and secure after we had a nightmare RAC experience. We had a nice chat and he even had sweets for the kids, a real nice man who is good a his job.

Excellent service. Offered prior service as im a wheelchair user. MR Jadoon has previously picked me up.

After a horrendous day being dealt with RAC logistics who promised a hire car 12:30 that never arrived by 14:30 then lots of logistical issues with them they finally agreed for us to be taken home in a taxi. We were 4 adults, 4 large cases and lots of shopping and therefore needed a large vehicle. A small Toyota was sent for only room for 3 adults let alone anything else. At this stage we were stressed out and in tears. We just needed to get home. I noted you had tried to pick us up listing a vehicle that accommodated wheelchair access. I called you and you were able to send Ionut to pick us up in his vehicle. I would like to commend him. He was professional, helping place our many cases and presents into his vehicle and remove them the other end. He communicated with us along the way (3 hour journey) He was an amazing driver in not good weather and a credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude. It had been an awful day and he made sure we got home safe and sound. Well done Ionut and again thank you from Sue, Mandy, Marie & Mandy (The Nurses)
