Outstanding service from Yor-dan Plumbing and Heating Ltd. After struggling for a long time with heating problems in my home, I had several plumbing and heating companies come out to diagnose the issue. I even paid for a power flush, but nothing worked properly — only two radiators in the whole house ever heated up. Yor-dan was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He quickly and confidently diagnosed the real problem that others had missed. What really stood out was his honesty — he genuinely said he wasn’t there just for my money, but to fix the issue properly. He went above and beyond, carefully cutting through walls, ceilings, and floors to locate blocked pipes, and then neatly covering everything up afterward. His workmanship was thorough, professional, and respectful of my home. Now my heating works perfectly and every radiator in the house heats up as it should! I am so glad that i came across Yor-Dan plumbing and heating. I was looking for a local heating engineer as i had a big problem with my boiler. Yor-Dan to the rescue. Honestly this gentleman spent hours at my house trying to resolve the problem and while he was stumped for a while, he was like a dog with a bone and just wouldn't give up. He eventually got the problem sorted for me and i can't thank him enough. I would 100% recommend Yor-Dan to anyone as he was one of the most genuine guys i have had the good fortune to meet. He is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and one of the most honest tradesman i have ever come across. His prices were exceptional, in fact i nearly fell down when he gave me his price and i happily paid him. If you are even just thinking about, just go ahead as you won't be disappointed in the service he provides. I will certainly save his number and call him for any future jobs i have and sing his praises to anyone i know who is looking for a heating engineer. Yordan did a great job installing our gas hob. He was professional, punctual and very tidy in his work. Everything was explained clearly and the installation was done safely and efficiently. I cannot recommend Yordan highly enough. I was having a nightmare with my boiler turning off every few hours and leaking and going without heating or hot water in December/January was awful. I had three engineers look at it and recommend different fixes that would barely last a day before the same issue came back. Yordan diagnosed the leak almost immediately when others could not and took the time to properly investigate the boiler turning off. Over the next few visits, he replaced the necessary parts while explaining everything to us in depth and keeping us updated while waiting for parts to arrive. He was always punctual, professional and honest and managed to finally fix an issue that had been troubling us for months. If you're looking for a reliable engineer that is determined to get to the root of the problem, rather than just apply a temporary fix, I would absolutely recommend him without hesitation.

I picked yordan to help me install my en-suite bathroom . He also helped with choosing and purchasing appliances and the overall design . This turned out to be a beautiful walk in shower room which is high end. From start to finish he was invested in making sure the work was completed properly. Yordan also came to my assistance quickly when I reported my main bathroom toilet leaking. He discovered the fault and provided me with options before purchasing and installing a new one . Absolutely top guy, diagnosed the problem over the phone a day before and came very late at night to do the job to help out around my work schedule to repair my boiler. Very reasonably priced for the work he does, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone. Wish I had his number sooner.

Yordan showed good diagnostic knowledge and was very helpful in helping fix my boiler issue. Took time out of his schedule to help on a Saturday, which was much appreciated. Didn’t seem too expensive either.
