**Traumatic and Unprofessional** My 6:00 PM appointment was pushed to 8:30 PM, yet I had to wait another 30 minutes upon arrival. I had a severe infection and visible swelling, which made the anesthesia partially ineffective. Despite the dentist’s instruction to raise my hand if I felt pain, she completely ignored me and kept pulling while I was in pain. She stayed in denial mode, claiming it was "impossible" for me to feel anything. When I instinctively reached out to stop her, she snapped, "don't touch my hand." The entire procedure was rushed just because they were running late with other patients. They showed zero empathy for a patient in distress. Avoid this place for your own safety.
