I have been a student of Nek Kru Sreynich for many years. Her new studio is spacious, hygienic, peaceful, and equipped with air-conditioners. There are many yoga equipment you can use, and have many classes based on your needs and likings. If you like to build core strength and tone the body, I recommend the new 'Mat Pilates Yoga' classes

Loved the class here!! Sreynich was such as nice teacher! She even taught the class in English so I could understand and helped to adjust almost every posture during the class. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to try a local yoga class!!
