Our yoga studio is located in the heart of Phnom Penh City, in a beautiful space. We own a shared space with Eleven One-Kitchen restaurant in Boeng Keng Kang 1. It's a very nice location to practice yoga and relax, especially for tourists who just visit Cambodia and stay in the BKK1 area.

The yoga in Phnom Penh , I had an excellent experience with all yoga instructor especially teachers Srey nich ,Sipov ,Channy, Ratana ,Srey nak, chanrey. they are very professional and very kind so helpful I would love to recommend and I’ll give 100/100

I have been a student of Nek Kru Sreynich for many years. Her new studio is spacious, hygienic, peaceful, and equipped with air-conditioners. There are many yoga equipment you can use, and have many classes based on your needs and likings.
If you like to build core strength and tone the body, I recommend the new 'Mat Pilates Yoga' classes
